Ever since my first trip to Japan and being taken to a hot spring (onsen) up in the hills above our town, I was hooked. Being with the locals and soaking in those healing waters under the stars was amazing. Besides the relaxation aspect, the mineral waters can be very healthy. I love to travel, and part of my picking my destinations is checking for nearby hot springs to experience. If you found your way to this site, I bet you feel the same
